Touch of Pawfection

First time for my furbaby and he looks fabulous. They listened to my instructions of how I would like him clipped and I couldn’t be happier.

Just picked my 4 month shih tzu puppy up after having his 1st groom today.(pepsi)I cried when I left him as I was nervous leaving him. Jade on reception was sooo lovely and reassuring. I just about cried again when picking him up he looks gorgeous, so soft and smells beautiful .Jade said he was so well behaved and chilled. Can't recommend them enoughAMAZING.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We have been taking our dogs to this groomer for the past couple of months hoping it would get better. Our dogs cry and are absolutely afraid of going there as the people are abusive. Today was one of the worst experiences i have had so far. The person told me i wasn’t taking care of my dog properly, and in order to give them a hair cut it was going to hurt the dog so much and smiled when they said it. This is not good customer service. Our dogs go to the beach a lot and will happily sit with us when brushing them after having a shower. It shouldn’t be any different when this place gives them hair cuts, and hence why we take them regularly for haircuts to help with their poodle curls. As a service i am paying for this is not acceptable in harming dogs intentionally. Would highly not recommend taking your dogs here unless you want to be treated with disrespect by staff, and put your dogs at risk or abuse.

THE WORST EVER!They have completely butchered my dogs coat, the cut is so uneven and the shaved areas are so rough that I’m mortified to look at my dog, he looks completely different. I have to now book another place to clean up their shocking job.They might have 8 out of 10 good cuts, but for how they treated my dog I will never come back here and i’d suggest other owners the same.You put trust in these “professionals” with our precious family members and they have complete disregard for them.Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. my beautiful Dashy looked like a brand new dog when i picked him up. Great facilities, clean, cute little doggie creche. Will definitely be back.

Our dog is a 10 year old Golden Retriever. Touch of Pawfection is without a doubt the best dog grooming place we have tried on the Gold Coast. It is well priced and definitely do the best work. They are quick and friendly. If you want the best than this is the place to go, especially with a large dog. They are friendly, professional and very reasonable in value.

You get what you pay for!Recia looked sensational and loved her morning outing there.!
