I have been using the services of Maid My Day for several years and have found their service to be top notch! The cleaners are always on time and do an amazing job. I come home to an apartment that is like walking into a luxury hotel each time. If I need to change the services I require each week, I can always get in touch with the team and my queries are attended to promptly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I've been using Maid My Day for 7 years now and can absolutely recommend them. They have been prompt to follow through with anything I have requested and I've always felt listened to. They are a professional and caring company with lovely staff who've looked after me.

Maid My Day really listen to customers and very happy with their follow-up customer service. We had a small problem and they have bent over backwards to help us. They truly are a customer focused organisation. I would recommend this cleaning service to friends.

Maid my day has performed poorly as a cleaning service. Of 6 scheduled fortnightly cleans they have missed 3, with little or no notice that the cleaner would not arrive. When they did do a clean, the young international students sent as cleaners were unable to complete the job in the allocated (and realistic time) and the clean on 2 occasions was very poorly done. Poor internal communication appears to be partly to blame and the promise of an Account Manager seemed to increase the problems rather than reduce. After each problem I was promised they could do better but they were unable to deliver an acceptable, reliable cleaning service.

Wow! What a fantastic experience it’s been so far with the team from Maid My Day! Fast, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. The quality of cleaners is superb. Thanks so much for taking all the stress out of the organisation that is needed to have a sparkling home to come home to!!Liz

I have used Maid My Day cleaning for 6 years and have found them to provide excellent customer service. If there are any issues they are dealt with straight away. My current cleaner, Veronica is amazing - so much attention to detail!

I am updating my former review. I need to say ,first of all that the ladies that answer the phone are wonderful and in my opinion,very professional. The first cleaning lady was exceptional, unfortunately owing to ill health she need to cut down her hours. From then on the company went down hill. There is no communication between staff members re phone calls, emails or requests from clients.

I'm disappointed with the no-show earlier this morning. I understand that managing the roster can be difficult, however, the slow response from Maid My Day staff has led to a poor customer experience. Cannot confidently recommend this service to any friends or family.

Unreliable and disappointing . I am in the MELBOURNE metro area and was excited to start our fortnightly cleaning with Maid My Day. Initial booking went smoothly but our cleaner was changed the day before and the clean was average. Areas of the floor looked like they hadn’t been mopped but was willing to give them a second chance after being told our regular cleaner will start with us next fortnight. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything to confirm our second fortnightly clean. After reaching out the day before, I was told that they didn’t have a cleaner available for our clean! I waited until 5.30pm and heard nothing. I will not be using this service again.
