No worse apartment than here!!!The fire alarm goes off once a week on average, often at night when people just fall asleep.The soundproofing is particularly poor! We can hear loud movies and music everyday.Promised 24-hour security, actually Not!Promised NBN, actually Not!Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Experience!

I was moving in for a year feels it would be a lovely place for living, but no phone signal at all. My mobile phone operator is Telstra and I don't know if I'm the only one who can't get any signal or everyone been blocked in property.

Waterfall is an extremely relaxing place to live. The amenities in this building are fantastic, it also a very social place to live, most residents are friendly and engaging. Aqua and Angela the two building managers are extremely professional, fantastic in organizing repairs or answering questions or queries, and always make the time to engage with residents and visitors to build this building’s community to make it inclusive for everyone living here.

Super convenient lifestyle with quiet surrounding areas.The food options are amazing and can order food from as far as Surry Hills and Newtown.Easy to get around Sydney with Eastern Distributor and M8 nearbyGreat for dog owners as there is a Pet supply store downstairs and multiple parks adjacent to the building.Love it here!

Absolutely breathtaking as you first enter Waterfall! I couldn't believe how resort-like it felt right in the heart of Waterloo. The amenities and apartments are second to none. Cinemas, pool, lagoons, music rooms - what more could you want!

I’m a resident at this apartment complex and I would like to inform anyone thinking of moving in here- DO NOT!!! It’s the most poorly designed apartment- constant wind howling; worst noise acoustics; waterfall does not work; other residents anti social behaviour; internal fire alarm is triggered early hours of the morning nearly once a week. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Some of the tenants living there are probably the worst you can possibly live with in the entire NSW. Partying till late night, yelling, screaming laughing is just a part of everyday life :) Not too say there is almost no sound proof in the units, having a FULL WEEK of sound sleep with out being waken up is a dream to have :) And on the weekend you probably still can't relax at home as you will be disturbed by the yelling from those with their entire group of mates over at the lovely pool where the chance you can actually go there and enjoy the facilities is almost zero.The building mgmt is also doing a great job for keeping them here for so long and keep allowing this happen. Perhaps you should get onto the actual issues and complaints of the complex instead of sending emails to remind us not to hang clothes on the balcony :)Great job Waterfall by Crown Group :)

I would definitely recommend the Waterfall building, extremely a big thanks to the building manager Aquilino Pucciarelli. He is a kindhearted and a really helpful professional BM to provide service to tenants, owners and agents. We are looking for a specific customised tile to fix the damaged one and shopping around to find the similar one but no results. Aquilino help us to find it and brings the good lucks to us. I personally as an agent be appreciate for his nice job. I strongly recommend people can come to visit and live in Waterfall that managed by Aquilino.

The building is poor soundproofed! I can easily hear people are walking and stomping from upstairs at nights. Paobably the floor is very thin. Besides, Many young guys are making excessive noises and smoking weeds in the apartment and fire stairs. Building management is weak, not capable of controling noise and weeds issue, no night shift patrols. Very disappointing place, gonna move out as soon as the lease expries.

It seems to be terribly managed as they do not control or have proper control measures in place to stop skateboarders using the area directly outside the shops as skate runs and jumps, they use the steps outside shops/corners as jumps all hours day and night. They only need to install small metal raised strips at various spots to stop this. It affects the neighbouring apartments as it echos across and through the park/s. They also do not seem to control dog ownership as they allow large dogs in tiny apartments with tiny balconies that bark day and night constantly destroying the quiet of the neighbourhood. One apartment has a border collie dog which is a very active dog that needs stimulation confirmed to balcony which sees all the other dogs in the park and barks and barks and barks day and all night into early hours of morning. Owners should not be allowed to own a working" type dog in such a small apartment/balcony. Residents from other complex's all talk about its constant barking and some residents even yell for the dog to shut up during the night yet the owner/s and building management do nothing. Seems to be a badly managed complex."
