Mark, Amanda, Laura and all the staff at Gold Martial Arts are exceptional at what they do! From the moment you step into the gym you are made to feel welcome and part of an amazing family. It amazes me how Mark can retain the attention of so many kids while teaching them respect and the art of karate at the same time. My two boys have come a long way with their confidence and self discipline thanks to the team at Gold Martial Arts. They even can throw a kids party which is thoroughly entertaining. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about joining to do so!

Having a very active child with lack of focus is very challenging. But finding Gold Martial Arts is like finding a precious gem. Ever since Seb has joined karate, his focus and discipline has improved so much. Sensei Mark and Amanda are one of the most amazing couple I’ve ever met. The way Sensei Mark handles his students in their karate class is awe-inspiring, especially the words of wisdom he shares to them before ending the class. I would highly recommend them.Joyce

Mark, Amanda and Laura have really created a great centre!I enrolled both boys (8 and 4) a couple of months ago for very different reasons and within a few classes it was very obvious we have picked the right place.The confidence they have developed in such a short time has made a world of difference in all aspects of their lives.

Gold Martial Arts
Our children joined the GMA family 1 year ago aged 8 and 11. During this time it has been wonderful to see our kids progress belts and learn self defence in a respectful and caring environment. The kids are warmly welcomed by Amanda to each session. Sensei Mark and Sensei Laura do a great job keeping all kids focused and disciplined in classes that are well structured and fun. Classes continued online via zoom during Covid-19 keeping the kids active and healthy. We highly recommend GMA.

The team at Gold Martial Arts are brilliant, their professionalism and passion are second to none.You are welcomed right from the start into a family-focused environment lead by Sensei Mark Golding, Australian Olympic Karate Coach.Watching the classes, the Sensei’s teaching backgrounds are evident. Their classes are fun, engaging, structured and challenging. They keep the kids focused and disciplined while learning and having fun.We love being part of GMA. Our son started at Gold Martial Arts from the moment he was old enough to attend. We have now had him training here for the past one and a half years and hopefully many many years ahead.Gold Martial Arts is not only a Dojo.. it is a family and you very much be made to feel a part of that family when you join.You are not just a number in the system. You receive a very personal experience from the very warm welcome from Amanda through to the expertise of Sensei Mark and Sensei Laura’s training.I cannot recommend them highly enough.. if you are looking for somewhere to train definitely don’t look any further than Gold Martial Arts

Mark and his team have been exceptional in providing confidence and resilience in our son. Mark provided him with the tools to enable him to have a go, face his fears and achieve. We are so grateful for the extra time he has chosen to invest in his growth. Our son is ending this year a different person as a result of the careful structure and guidance that he has been provided at Gold Martial Arts. Mark and Laura have been amazing instructors since our girls joined the club at the start of 2019. During the Covid lockdown, we were really impressed at how quickly they came up with a solution for online learning and our daughters loved having this interaction with them during this time. I would recommend to anyone to give the club a go and see what personal skills and positive values are being instilled in your child.
