Ben did such an amazing job transforming our outdoor area and building us a lovely laundry and powder room.The property we purchased had a very large, horribly built patio roof that leaked and was clearly very dangerous with mis-aligned beams, etc, with an old laundry connected in the corner. I had so many different builders out to look at and quote the job, many of whom just refused it due to the large nature of the job.Ben came along with solutions, quoted very quickly and was able to do almost every part of the job himself: removing the old patio roof and building the new one, removing our leaking eaves, lining everything with VJ, replacing doors and windows (including a servery window into my kitchen with a built-in bench), laying vinyl laminate flooring – the list goes on.The results are fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier.
