NAOT of Kew, wonderful shop, excellent service and knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly staff. No good. Didn't have the style of shoe my mother was after. Expensive too. The serving staff we very nice however so for us just a bad match. Difficult parking out front. Would be better if there was lots of parking off street around the back.

The staff working at Naot Kew are very friendly and knowledgeable. My shoes fit perfectly and look so good! They are so comfortable I can wear them at work all day. I own a couple of pairs already and always on the lookout for a new style.

I have been buying shoes (on-line) from here for over 15 years, and have never been disappointed. Naot are one of very few brands that make sandles which take orthotics. I also have quite a few closed-in shoes from here, and all are comfortable, and last for many many years.Great variety and customer service too, as my orders usually arrive within a week.Thank you for your service.

Friendly, knowledgeable service, but, only one pair of orthotic friendly sandals were a available for my wife foot & these were all held together with Velcro. In my experience, Velcro picks up bits of fluff etc & becomes unserviceable in a relatively short time. The sandals were certainly not inexpensive, so, I gave them a miss. Additionally, the assistant was selling to my daughter-in-law, not to me. I make my own decisions & pay for my purchases, so, a big mistake.
