Glad the first class was free. Wouldn't pay for it at all. Gym was hot and gross smelling. Attended 1 of their classes. Was spoken to maybe 3 times so I had no idea what I was doing. Felt like I was being out casted for being new. Class had like 20 people in it to 1 instructor. Definitely has put a bad taste in my mouth

Great value gym, friendly people and access to boxing and judo for such a cheap price.Great indoor basketball court too which is free for members. Recommended.

Highly recommend the Rocket Tots program. Runs 6 days a week at a fair price, with friendly staff, and engaging gym style activities for the little ones.

I play basketball on a weekly basis and, although the court is not regulation size, it is a nice court. The court hire fee is very reasonable also. The change facilities are nice with individual large shower stalls. All astound good facilities.

Great front desk staff, adequate strength gym, slightly compact when several people are in at once (squat rack, bench press racks, smith machine, benches with DBs up to ?36kg, cable machines, pull-up bar, mirrors, cardio equipment); Judo classes, gymnastics classes, showers & changing lockers. Open 6 days a week.

Rocket Tots is an awesome program for the little ones. Well worth a visit if you're looking for a great outlet for all that infant energy - and prefer letting them loose in a cushioned environment. Safe exploration plus song and dance makes a wonderfully active social outing for the littlies.

EDIT: I was wrong about the gym, there is a downstairs low intensity gym and an upstairs gym with plenty of barbells and plates.Good programs, $24/month for students(+5-10 $ for classes), gym doesn't have much stuff.. only bikes and low weight machines(eg: 80kg max lat pull down machine), no barbell and only 5kg dumbbells.Adult gymnastics on mondays is very cool and the gymnasium is pretty decked out.
