There's nowhere else I'd rather take my electronics to than CompNow, they have fixed my Microsoft Surface Book issues and saved me so much time & money in the process and I am very pleased with their services. Rachelle especially is amazing at communicating and kept me up to date with the process of my repair, which put me at ease.Thank you CompNow, I don't know what I would do without your help & support I am very grateful for all the help!

The screen and camera of my 4.5 year old MacBook Pro stopped working and during lockdown the use of my laptop has never been higher. I booked an appointment and they ran diagnostics to find out my battery didn’t pass the test either so they asked to extend my apple warranty and fixed my laptop for $0 instead of paying $1700. I am a student and have no money so they really went above and beyond to help me here. Covid rules were respected and everything was done above board. Really saved my life here 10/10

I work at the University of Melbourne and Compnow is the official supplier for laptops. I asked for a device on June 2022 and they estimated a delivery time of 12-18 weeks (!). But in fact it took 26 weeks (180 days) to deliver the product on December 2022. In the meanwhile, I had to call recurrently and ask for updates and information, which was usually confusing and contradictory.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with in terms of service, my sons computer need to be repaired and we sent it to Comp Now thru Caulfield Grammer School, they completely stuffed it up, sent me the wrong quote which I said go ahead to, then sent another quote, which was incredibly expensive, then sent another quote which was a lot cheaper, I then said again to go ahead..After 4 weeks I followed up to see where it was at and yes they informed me that they didn't do anything as they had sent me the wrong quote again and have now returned to the school. I asked to speak to the manager which was a waste of time, he had no interest in trying to rectify the situation and said these things happen.I wouldn't send them a mouse to fix they would stuff it up..incredibly poor service company when I said I would complain to school and write review, didn't care, sums it up the type of service model they have at this company.

Bit disappointed the services provided. In my daughter's school lenovo laptop give to fix the issue.first time they give it back to us without checking the problem resolved or not . Now they said it is hardware issue need to change the parts. No proper communication with customers. You have call them. No follow up. It is said to say .Please don't trust the service team .If it is your kids education .They are least bothered about it. Until now the issue is not solved.now more than five weeks from the initial issue.

Ruined my MacBook.Sent my MacBook Pro in for repair because battery wasn’t working, when i declined the quoted price and received the laptop back it was poorly put together. Keyboard stopped working and there was significant flexing on the palm rest near trackpad.Also very poor communication.

** Do not leave your device here ***You will regret it!! Everything works at a snails pace. Communication with you is via email, they don’t call you (which wastes time before you see their email). If you call them you’ll be on hold for ages and then asked to leave a message then with no returned call. You’ll be expected to pay hundreds for repairs even if covered under Apple care. Even if you choose not to get it repaired you’ll pay $88 for them to just look it and not have your device for minimum of 3 days.Just don’t do it to yourself, not even as a last resort!

Gave CompNow my apple watch to fix pairing issue. It ended up needing to be sent off to Apple who replaced the watch entirely. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. I couldn't come in to collect the new watch during business hours so they posted it to me for free. Very happy, thank you guys.

Very unprofessional and a lack of communication between team members.i booked an appointment to get an iPhone X screen repair.I received an email that my phone was ready yesterday to pick up and to pay before picking it up. I called the number and paid over the phone as was told the payment had processed and I could pick up the device today. Wanting to double check and confirm how to pick it up during restrictions, I called again to confirm and the technician said it was ready to collect.My partner went to pick up the device and on arriving called the number to collect and was told that the device wasn’t ready and that there was nothing he could do. Once getting the guy to check again he came out again and said the phone was actually ready then said it hadn’t been paid for and refused to give my phone. She showed bank statements showing the money had been withdrawn, emails and phone records to show my previous calls and still refused to get my device.After being on the phone for 30 minutes explaining the situation to the technician he said he couldn’t find the person who put through my payment or any records that showed I had paid for it.Still yet to receive my device and very unhappy with my experience.Would not recommend at all

First week of January 2023, we ordered the iPad+protection case with keyboard for our daughter as per her primary school requirements, based in Perth WA. The order was re-directed to CompNow. Payment 100% up-front indeed. The iPad arrived precisely on 1 Feb, leaving us no time to set it up properly, not to mention getting familiarized with it. The case was initially scheduled for delivery in early March, still in transit, somewhere... the latest the greatest delivery estimate is early - mid April. This eeeextraaaa sloooooow delivery is way too sloooooww even for us in WA = wait awhile"."
