This dentist practice is absolutely amazing! They managed to book an appointment and complete the surgery all on the same day. Dr. Tee was very polite and took care of my dental issue with upmost attention and care.I highly recommend this practice to anyone who may feel a bit nervous because they will continually reassure you as a patient and make you feel at ease.The level of professionalism at West Preston Dental far exceeded the disappointing level of service as a more exorbitantly priced dentists in the city (Smile Solution's).

My family and I have been getting treatment from Dr Allan Lam for over 11 years and we have been so happy to have a dentist like him.He’s very thorough and trustworthy.I highly recommend West Preston Dental clinic to everyone.We have always had a great experience here.

The staff and the dentist were really nice. And I like how they are very covid safe and have air purifiers everywhere. BUT the routine cleaning was really painful. Like that tool that they use to scrape at the gums had me clenching my first and trying to visualise my happy place. I've never had pain at the dentist and have never had any dental health issues, so I do question whether this is necessary. Also the dentist was chatting with the dental technician/hygienist while doing this about random stuff. I wouldn't really mind this if the procedure wasn't so painful. Like maybe if he had been a little bit more focused on the scraping, he could've avoided the great pain on my part.

I’ve been going to west Preston dental for the better part of 10 years. I had adult braces put on here, as well as regular cleans and (too many) fillings - my own fault…Dr Alan Lam and the team are very professional and it’s clear they care a lot about dentistry and their clients. Not trying to rip you off or do any procedures that aren’t required. Thanks Alan and the team ☺️☺️

It's been over 3 weeks and l went for a clean and check up. Dr did xray aswell didn't understand why. Week later my front crown broke in half and then went back another X-ray and she capped it only lasted a week ,have had pain with my mouth and teeth seens. Will never return or recommend this clinic.

Very impressed with Dr. Lam who was very helpful, informative and HONEST regarding my son's need for braces and what my son does not need. He was very willing to answer any questions and explain them as required. His prices are also very reasonable.The only problem was that he does not do the Frenectomy Upper Midline procedure 'in house' and the third party he recommended is in Ivanhoe. It is not convenient nor practical for me to go to two different places requiring different appointments each time hence my 4/5 star rating. Otherwise I thoroughly recommend Dr. Lam as a personal dentist.

I have a severe phobia of the dentist. I also have teeth in terrible condition because of this. I have seen two different dentist at West Preston Dental now as the first was in holidays when I could return. Both have been kind, gentle, honest and I have been surprised at how affordable each visit has been. Even if you are not afraid of the dentist I recommend a Visit as the staff from the front desk to the consultation rooms are professional and kind.

Really enjoyed my experience at West Preston Dental, the staff and nurse Kat were great and everything was explained to me well by the doctors.

I brought my 2 year old for a dental checkup and they were so wonderful. Very good at interacting with kids. My daughter did not want to leave and keeps asking to come back haha.

Firstly I want to say the staff are all amazing and kind! From reception to the dental practitioners, they are welcoming and warm.I’ve got 2 cleans done and some other work, and I’m very impressed with Dr Tee’s work. He is awesome and I recommend if you need to see a dentist give west Preston dental a call!! Thanks guys
