Bai Rui Taekwon-Do North Lakes
My kids and I joined Bai Rui North Lakes nearly 5 years ago and we absolutely love it.It’s rare to find a sport or activity that adults and kids can do together, and this class allows us to do that. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome, with students young and old learning together in a friendly welcoming atmosphere.We learn a range of skills including self defence which I feel are extremely valuable.The instructors are immensely knowledgeable and find innovative ways to teach everyone according to their own abilities and strengths.I look forward to every class.
