Very helpful friendly staff whom sorted me out with 2 new complete hubs for my son's boat trailer. Bent over backwards to help me. Only use high quality Japanese bearings, not Chinese junk. I will shop with you again.Better deals than the mainstream motor stores. Better quality.

The guys did a fantastic job getting my van back on the road after breaking down. Kept me well informed and used their extensive mechanical experience to fix the problem without needing expensive parts.Fully recommend Ant and his team.

I ended up getting stuck in Gladstone on a Sunday when my boat trailer bearing exploded. Lister motors had me up and running again the next day with a new axle fitted. I cannot thank these guys enough for sorting out the problem so promptly. Excellent tradesmen and helpfulness I can highly recommend these guys no matter if you are stuck or just need a service.

The team at Listers Motors were great, dropped in camper for camper trailer suspension rebuild, team went above and beyond to source correct parts from interstate, camper was bought from brand new and suspension looks 10/10 better than first bought, Dowie is a absolute legend

This bloke is agressive is $90 p/h and give him the slightest opportunity will over charge by a couple of hours or so, no problem. Took a trailer job to him I could have done myself but thought I would give a local bloke some business. Yelled at me for not buying parts off him. I should have ditched him then but I let his disgusting attitude go, and returned 3 weeks later for my booking (yep he skipped 10 blank pages of his schedule book to put me in 3 weeks away)Ended up I paid $380 for a $150 job.Likes to tell you his family have owned the business for 70 years.Wont be there another 7 years is my bet.

Got the advice and caravan parts straight up, the lady running the buisness knows her stuff, the prices were very good and notice they gave the correct advice, not the short version or a guess at it, will recommed this business for caravan, trailers or anything towing

We had a major issue with the suspension on our caravan. Rang Lister Motors, and from the beginning nothing was an issue.The guys, did some weld repairs replaced all bearings and a damaged hub, new bolts and bushes on the suspension. And had a service on the van while in the workshop.And while there purchased a new bearing set as a just incase. The work was completed efficiently.And at a great price.They even hooked up power and water while it was there.They are a great team and explained everything that they worked on and completed in 24 hours .

We were travelling north with caravan and had problems with one of the wheel bearing, called lister and he said to come round and he'll fix it that evening . Dropped it of at five and picked it up at seven. They put 2 new wheel bearings in and adjusted the brakes and blew the brake dust out . No problems there. As we picked it up we were told that the brakes might not work for 15 km or so until there is enough brakedust to make the work again.. We stayed the night in Gladestone . Next morning I dropped back in to the workshop to confirm that as there was no brakes at all and the lady confirmed this as it was normal I was told. We were on our way and the brakes never started working again not after 150km. The Boss called me and said that it must be a fault in our trucks system as he did a thorough job. We kept driving and sometimes later stopped for a break were I checked the Wheel bearings and found they were both loose. We stoped for the night and I took the wheels and the hubs off and found that he used the wrong split pins to secure the brake drum which were well too small so the bearings came loose again ,further more the left side brake was so tightly adjusted that they where binding and the right side brake shoes were about 10 millimeter away from the drum so the electric brake system was not working properly. Our trailer brake controller and the system was working fine before we dropped it in this workshop and as a Mechanic myself was appalled as to what had happend. So be aware it can cost more if you have to pay someone else to fix it up for you
