Purchased a bike from Bennetts Green yesterday. Looking forward to a lot of enjoyment from it.The sales assistant, Charlie was extremely helpful. My wife and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable. It was good to experience some good old fashion service.

Could not be more impressed by the team at Trek BG, got the 2012 4300 26er serviced and looked over and its moving like new again! Ant and Luke are an absolute pleasure. Great products and 1st class service. Staff are always friendly, always take my bike here for servicing as they turnaround time is outstanding. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

The staff at the Bennetts Green store could not be more friendly or helpful. We came across the store when looking online for a particular model/colour of bike in January for my older son. I live an hour away and called them late on a Sunday afternoon - they matched a price I’d seen at another store, drove down, bike was really and waiting, lovely young man that served me over the phone/when I arrived helped me load it into my car - great service. Then in April my younger son had been saving to purchase a new bike for his 13th birthday. We had looked at a few different bikes, but once he thought he’d decided on the Trek Marlin, I drove him to the Bennetts Green store. Ken helped him select a size and colour - which needed to be ordered - but he was so patient and enthusiastic, nothing was a problem. He kept us updated during the process and when the bike arrived this week, they had it ready asap. My son was so excited when we arrived and his new bike was there on display. Knowing it was for his birthday they went out of their way to make it special for him. Could not be happier. (Shout out to the always friendly and helpful Emily as well.)

I haven’t owned a bike for over ten years, and I recently decided it was time to get back on a bike.I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to bikes, so I asked a few colleagues and friends where I should start looking, and Trek Bennetts Green was on the list.When I went into the store, Ken come up to me and offered to assist. I explained what I was looking for in a bike and my budget. He provided me with a understanding of what type of bikes I should look at, and narrowed down a few options.He took me out to the car park to test out a few different bikes and to find the correct sizing. After testing a few bikes I was still a little unsure, so I decided to go away and think about my options.The following day I spoke with my colleagues and friends about the recommendations Ken made, and they all backed up what he said. This gave me an extra bit of reassurance I needed to make a purchase.A few days later I returned to buy my new bike. Fortunately Ken was there and got me sorted straight away.It was a great experience and I am now looking forward to getting out and exploring on my new bike.Also thanks to Les who also helped out.
