this place has products at great prices, fast shipping, and amazing customer service. i had an issue with one of the liners that was possibly faulty and it was refunded straight away no questions asked. they also got on the phone with australia post to chase down a stuck parcel for me. only downside i can think of is that the product range isn't as huge as some of the other online stores and things often sell out (which might be an issue for some people). but for me personally i don't mind as I'm new to skincare and k-beauty and having a limited number of items helps narrow down the choice. also love the loyalty system that gives you discounts as rewards.
