Great program. Lucy really knows her stuff and if you need help or are confused, she is quick to help you. I had a very hard birth with my boy, and I needed to really work my perineal muscles, her program did just that!!

Like so many mamas, my postpartum journey was a long and challenging one. An unexpected c-section forced me into a longer recovery than I had anticipated and I felt completely disconnected from my body for months following the birth of my son. I had been fit and active my entire life, and suddenly, I felt trapped in a body I couldn’t connect to, and didn’t recognize.Then, along came Bumpstrong. In a world driven by social media, with so many influencers and resources, choosing the right postpartum program can feel overwhelming to say the least. Lucy ticks off every box. Something as simple as breathing can feel impossible postpartum (and specifically post c-section). Lucy breaks everything down, step by step, to ensure that you aren’t experiencing any doming/coning, incontinence or intra-abdominal pressure. I had tried other programs previously, but it was Bumpstrong (Phase 2) that got me over that hump, and brought my core strength to next level. 1 year postpartum, I am finally able to train the same as I was pre-pregnancy with an even stronger core than before. This program is a game changer!

Currently 31 weeks pregnant and wouldn’t have had the confidence to exercise without Bumpstrong. Lucy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She related exercises to the different stages of pregnancy, and helped strengthen/loosen muscles required. She has a genuine care for her clients and has been a pleasure to train with.

I’m currently halfway through my pregnancy and signed up to Lucy’s “bump strong” program at 13 weeks. I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve made! I’m feeling strong, healthy and have loved every workout she’s personalised for me. Each week I look forward to the 3 new workouts as I know they will be challenging yet safe and tailored to me.Lucy is so knowledgeable in what she does and her weekly emails to check in, as well as a monthly catch up, make me feel very reassured. She is happy to answer any questions I have or take my feedback on board about how I’m feeling along the way.Can’t recommend signing up enough!!

As a trainer myself I know how important staying active is but was lacking motivation to strength train as my body changed. Lucy's personalized prenatal workout program has exceeded all expectations! Not only has she provided weekly customized workout programs that align with my pregnancy journey (i.e., symptoms, existing injuries, considerations for each trimester, etc.), she's also been available for private consultations to touch base on my progress and provide support along the way. Having Lucy's guidance during this pivotal period in my life has been so reassuring. I feel confident, strong, and most importantly, healthy!

After a complex pregnancy and birth via caesarean, I was referred to Lucy by another personal trainer. I had a virtual consult with Lucy before proceeding with her Bumpstrong program. Bumpstrong is an outstanding program. Lucy’s experience gives you confidence that each exercise is tailored appropriately to the post-partum woman. It’s flexible as you can do it in your own time at home, accessible with videos that clearly demonstrate each exercise that Lucy has filmed herself, and fantastic value for money. The program moves sequentially through phases, building on your core and other muscle groups with purpose. Very highly recommend!

Highly recommend Lucy's prenatal programs for those soon to be mothers, who want to keep up there fitness and ensure they are performing exercises that are suitable for there bodies for that week of pregnancy. Working out with Lucy's programs is the highlight of my morning, I'm feeling stronger and pain free!
