There was staff name Dandan or somthing like that, needs to learn manners and importantly how to interact with customers also the worst customer service i have ever experienced in Dans. Don't get it how such a Company have those types of staff specially on customer service.

Solid selection of wine and spirits, all at the usual Dan Murphy’s prices. Only downside of this store is the mall parking can be problematic (number plate recognition parking can be odd).

Purchased online for store pickup. They quietly cancelled order and then left onus on me to try and get refund which has proven to be extremely difficult. Lazy staff and dodgy business practices

Harry the guy that was at the register was very helpful. He was in a bit of a hard spot while he was serving myself. a other customer was not happy with a price of a bottle of wine and kept talking over both of us. But Harry handled the situation great. Great work mate

Courteous staff. Online orders seem to take second place to customers at the checkout. Usually easy to park undercover adjacent to the shop. Regular specials and discounts for loyal customers.

absolutely worst experience. i understand that i look under 25 and they are just doing their job, but being followed the entire time and stopped multiple times by the same employee to check my ID each time is absolutely inappropriate. fix up your customer service and teach your employees some respect and manners.
