What a brilliant set up! I brought a group of 15 people for a birthday party and we had a super fun time in the private rooms. Great selection of music, the drinks were delicious and well priced. All the staff were excellent. Very impressive sound proofing too! Very clever given the “quality” of our singing lol. There’s already talk of when we’ll be back next which, for a group of our age, says a lot about how good Jams Karaoke Bar is!

Amazing place - the owner has totally recreated a Japanese karaoke bar, rooms are fully soundproofed and Japanese machines. Comfy and fun, a really unique place.Ordered fries and they never came... When I asked about them when we left there was no sorry, just 'ok I'll take that off for you'.Perhaps this place can work on some Japanese-level service! Or they don't need the extra custom.

We hired out the venue for out Christmas party such a cool vibe and so much fun. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff were super accommodating and friendly. Extra big shout out to liv behind the bar she is amazing at her job. Looked after us all night with some great drinks!

What an awesome night.Spur of the moment decision that was one of the best karaoke nights of my life.A team of rugby players turned up, a hens night called in and when i went to leave some of the people I had just met requested I stay and party with them.Great range of songs available in the main bar as we hadn't booked a karaoke booth or room and they are booked well in advance.The small main bar provides an intimate setting but also has an outdoor area off the main bar.The toilets were even authentic Japanese style with electric gadgets adorning them.Great atmosphere.Friendly staff.Great service from friendly staff and the staff were all fantastic from the front desk to the rear bar.Excellent service.Will be back and already organised with a work friend to take a party of people their on her birthday.

Great selection of alcohol, with superb service and a wonderful venue.A very carefully thought out karaoke bar immersing the owners personal experience from Japan, without the pressure from the karaoke you may see in Sydney or live karaoke.There is definitely a place for everyone.

The fun vibe and wonderful staff are nowhere near enough to make up for the atrocious manager.We arrived just in time for our 7:30-9:30 booking and were informed that our room was unavailable due to a technical error. We were put into a different room and were told at 9:10 that we had one song left because the room was booked for 9:30. Nobody had bothered to let us know about the 9:30 booking before this.We then spent about twenty minutes arguing with the manager, who decided to lie and say that we arrived at 7:15 in order to charge us for two hours. The manager also made us pay for each hour separately due to a mistake she made at the start of payment. The size of the group, the manager's incompetence, and the cramped space made this a miserable experience.After we managed to escape the stairs and flee outside, a very lovely staff member spoke to us in an attempt to remediate the situation. Sadly, the end result was that my friend who booked the party had a pathetic $30 in cash - not even enough to cover fifteen minutes for each of us - thrust into her hand by the manager (who couldn't figure out how to charge a refund to my friend's card), and the business has lost several repeat customers. I used to love this place.

Super authentic Japanese kareoke. Lots of songs to choose from. Huge drinks menu, including some Japanese classics. Friendly staff, great service. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Decent selection of alcohol, but one of the staff was a bit rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Made the whole situation a bit uncomfortable

Came to sing karaoke. If you don’t speak Japanese - save your money. After one drink you will not possess the skills to use this equipment. Cocktails are ok.
