MASSAGE CHAN
I stopped in today for a back massage and I was so impressed with the service and the price. I was with a male masseuse and found him kind, professional and welcoming. The massage itself was fantastic after a few days of terrible back ache and I will definitely go back :-)

Worst massage ever. I asked for a Swedish massage & received a deep tissue. The rooms were also dirty. Asked for a refund or a voucher to use with a different therapist but the owner said that you should have complained first up & not now. Would not offer anything in return for the bad massage. Not even a sorry". I have been having massages for over 20 years & am also a massage therapist. Very disappointed with the massage & service. And also disappointed that the owner would not acknowledge my complaint. I don't want something for nothing. Only just want what I paid for."

I love the team at Massage Chen, I have yet to have a disappointing treatment. Its especially good for whole body therapy massage. Being honest the shopping center noise can be intrusive at times but I'm thinking of taking some of my own music next time to drown out the hustle and bustle and let me fully relax.With health fund rebates offered on eligible therapy from participating funds" its worth making an appointment to try it out. I recommend the full hour remedial massage with oil."

I work as a personal trainer and compete as a powerlifter, so I have had plenty of massages in my time. Thers ladies were absolutely fantastic. I have already booked in a reoccurring appointment. You won't go wrong if you need a good massage!

Great, consistently good massage therapists.It really doesn’t matter who I get, the results of this massage therapy business, are always excellent. A fair price. Able to use Medical Insurance. Always pleasant and so good to get rid of nasty knots. Wonderful!

I have just left the worst massage I have ever had!! These guys are normally great and wouldn’t bother with writing a poor review but when I told lady at reception she couldn’t care less!!! Paid for a 1 hour massage and now feel worse than when I walked in! The therapist was pinching my skin, using one hand to poke my back with fingers whilst pushing my head into table with the other hand and no flow or massage of my muscles just pinching and poking skin and slapping oil on ! I am all for second chances but this business has lost that with the lack of customer service on my feedback!! What a waste of time and money!
