I was there in 8/5/22 the man behind of the cashier whom serving the customers , I wanted to buy a frozen drink I grabbed the cup accidentally I took out 2 cups he came to me rudely grabbed the cup from my hand without talking angrily and touched his fingers all over the inside of the cup Rudy put that into the machine to get the slashi…….. honestly I paid for that but I didn’t have it . straight away I chocked that out at outside he was so rude never go there any more

Your employee (an Indian fella) was on his AirPods talking to someone the entire time I was being served. It got to the point that I was talking to him and I thought he was replying but he was actually having a full blown conversation. Fire him. 6am - 18.06.22

As I was grabbing my card out to pay for my purchase I saw the guy who served me rate himself a 10 for customer service on the iPad that sits on the counter for customers to rate their customer service.I just thought that was so dishonest and sneaky.
