My partner and I recently had a bracelet engraved and he had basically ruined it. With very poor engraving skills as per photo while also acknowledging the poor work while failing to provide any assistance. Took it down to the other engraver outside of Harris Scarf and he was able to polish the bracelet and re-engrave it to a very high standard. Will never use this company again. Very unprofessional

Misterminit… more like Mr Magician. Great service and the ability to perform miracles. We were told the link couldn’t be removed from my sons stainless steel bracelet. Mr Minit made it happen. Highly recommend.

My car key blade snapped off and Mister Minit was able to order the shell and fix it which is a miracle because I went everywhere to have it repaired even lock smiths turned me down. Thank you for doing such an awesome job! I can drive my car again.

The proprietor ( Evan ) came to my house twice after work to solve problems with my garage remote controls that an electrician and others could not achieve . Not only that , he was cheerful and friendly . There was no charge . Magnificent service . Ray Johnson

Been going to this guy for as long as I can remember! With shoes, keys and engraving. Today granted I was rushed, tired and stressed. The lady there was lovely and trying to help but the guy was rude, offstandish and dismissive. You lost a customer today, and happy to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere too!

Unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience at Mister Minit Cranbourne yesterday, that left me quite shocked and appalled, that I feel a review is necessary. Evan was extremely rude, refused to sell me my engraved item and pointed me on my way all because I questioned the price (after I had purchased the exact same item, with the exact same engraving a week earlier at Fountain Gate). He belittled me and tried to make me out to be a liar. If someone is after Mister Minit services, I highly recommend Fountain gate instead- the staff are friendly and charge HALF the price. I now have a receipt to prove it, Evan.

The 2 guys that were working were extremely friendly , and were able to answer every question that I had about tungsten ring engravings.I first went to another place at Cranbourne park which said that they couldn’t engrave onto tungsten , yet the guys working today said that the job was easily doable.I’m extremely happy with the engraving on the ring, the price was super cheap, ( only $20) and took around 10 minutes for them to complete the engraving as well.Amazing service. I’ll definitely be coming back for their service in the future.
