I wanted to have a quick consultation with a lawyer for an urgent matter. They offered a zoom meeting with a lawyer . Instead a marketing person came to the meeting to sell membership. I understood this in the end of meeting .Wasted my day with not giving the service I asked and they agreed to give.

I've had interaction with 5 different teams since signing on to legal Vision just over a month ago. The communication level from all teams has been outstanding, turn around time within the week, almost all questions answered in respective first calls without having to book any further time ( saves $$ ). Ushna in particular who drafted our T&Cs became an expert in the business after one call, and did a fantastic job in drafting the T&Cs within one week.
