I absolutely love this shop. The service is fantastic. We are always made to feel like family. The price is always right. Why anyone would go anywhere else is beyond me. The dresses and the jewellery are just stunning! I bought my daughter's dresses and my niece's dress for my wedding and they felt so special and were treated like princess's. My wedding dress was bought from Signature Bridal & Formal and I cried with happiness at help I experienced to find that perfect dress. On my wedding day I felt like the most stunning Bride and I have the beautiful ladies at Signature Bridal & Formal to thank. We have come back since and have picked out a new dress for our daughter to wear for her sweet 16th. I will also need a new dress so I'll see you soon. Thank you again Ree Myers

I had an amazing experience with Olga and Rosemary. Could not fault them at all. They were extremely helpful, honest and patient with me whilst I was trying dresses on. I was very pleased with their service.

Olga and her staff are marvellous. This was my first visit, and I was invited to try on several dresses.The quality and style of dresses in this store are amazing. I left happy entry a wonderful dress.Unlike other stores, I was welcomed and wasn't made to feel unwelcome and also be told that they only cater to young people and more the school formal audience.

Just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with this store and the rude responses I received today with my bridesmaids. Not even 10minutes in this store without Olga telling us that she dislikes bridesmaids because they are too difficult to deal with and not to mention the different body sizes being too difficult for them. I was absolutely appalled at this response and the fact the all Olga and the lady knew about my wedding was that it was 11 months away. I drove up to come to this store only to be told that I should shop online instead. Very disappointing to hear that from a local business. You’ve just lost myself as a bride who had an appointment for a fortnight away, my mother and all four of my bridesmaids. I will be voicing my experience to many other newly engaged brides not to come to Fashion Gallery or Signature Bridal due to the difficulties that there supposedly is with assumptions being made about every wedding. I suggest you change your name to just dresses instead of bridal or bridesmaids because you clearly do not want sell bridal or bridesmaids dresses.

This was my last bridal store, and I am relieved it wasn't my first. These ladies were very intense & some comments were just out of pocket, and came off as ignorant. Insulting the dress styles I liked & stating that the price was ridiculous, then proceeded to try sell me a dress of the same value, that looked like it should be in Salvos. If you're not strong-willed, I would not recommend as they do try to pressure you. Some of the dress were beautiful well crafted pieces but outdated in their appearance & even in the feel, prices don't reflect the products.

I had the most amazing experience at Signature Bridal and Formal! I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in the store, and Diane went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress! She helped me find a beautiful veil as well.Both Diane and Olga made me feel so special and beautiful as I tried on dresses!Diane was so kind to me and always willing to help me throughout my whole experience!Maria from M’s alterations also popped in and kindly offered her services.The store has a variety of beautiful dresses, veils, and accessories, and the atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and down to earth.I highly recommend Signature Bridal and Formal to any bride looking to find her dream dress!I couldn’t thank the team there enough!

Had an amazing experience when buying my wedding dress. I almost Brought my bridesmaids dresses there too. Olga and Diane were very accommodating and attentive the whole time. We were given very helpful advice on the wedding and the staff had extensive knowledge on the dresses and alterations. I try on the 1st wedding dress and I love it, brought the 1st wedding dress I tried one. This is the 6th dress I've bought from fashion gallery/signature bridal and I could not fault any of my visits. Consistently excellent service! Looking forward to my next visit!

Cannot express how amazing our visit was! Rosemary and Olga were fantastic, took good care of us. My bridesmaids had their 4yr old and baby with them and they were lovely to the kids and helpful. Nothing was too much for them, they were not pushy at all and were lovely. I ended up finding my dress on our first visit. Thank you so much xo
