Went with my friend to buy panettone Italian cake, but the prices were crazy. Most are over $70!!! Asked the lady behind the coffee machine if we could order coffee and she said they don't serve coffee at Christmas because they are too busy, but we were the only ones there. So you charge customers $70 for a fruit cake, but you won't serve them coffee??? Very disrespectful. Don't bother going. Try Myer, David Jones or Boccaccio where they have a big range and much better prices.

Impressive professional operation. Had a big box of stuff sent to me this month. Well packed, with plenty of care taken. Quick response and delivery. Goods had expiry dates well into the future (important). No problems. High marks. Will buy here again.This is the place to go to when you need some spaghettoni of lions"."

I've made 2 online orders since I found Enoteca Sileno last year, so I've never met the Sydney rep who seems to have caused issues. This is the only Australian source I've found for Pizzoccheri pasta and I've also ordered quite a few other pastas and products. The products were all high quality. My orders were delvered well packaged and in good condition. I will definitely continue to deal with Enoteca Sileno.

A solid and very interesting range of Italian food and wine. I understand they've stepped back from the restaurant and are now focusing on commercial supply. Well worth your time for things you won't find in the ordinary city deli. Pro tip: it's a high-end operation, not the usual suburban deli with discount goodies from the continent.

I had extremely bad experience with this company. Paolo Elise, parked a Enteca Sileno car outside my shop, he weared a company vest and carried a company folder. Came into my store, saying he's not selling anything and he said he was not a rep. Paolo was extremely rude, and left a negative review on my facebook straight after, because I didn't allow him to check my stock. We had no trading relations prior, why am I allowing this rude boy to check my stock?

Nice place to take someone to impress but their prices are Melbourne outrageous...$30 for a minuscule cheese platter. Admittedly the wall to wall wine bottles somewhat make up for the prices.
