I have visited the Michael Hill Jesmond Store a couple of times over the past week to purchase a gift for my wife. The entire staff have been amazing, very patient and considerate. The store manager, Joel went to great lengths to source the piece of jewelry I was after. He couldn't have been more helpful and I'd have no hesitation recommending this store to others.

Visited the store today to get my watch resized and retail assistant Lia rudely commented more than once that instead of getting my watch resized I should eat more food and put on weight. Very unprofessional service.
