Thank you for looking after our two cats 小黑 芝麻! The girls had a great time during their stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, we receive daily photo/video updates on how they are doing. The facilities are clean and tidy, all the cats that stay there all look very content and happy! Highly recommend!

Paws Hotel
Paws Hotel was an excellent place for Mocha to stay while we were away. The rooms were big and had multi-levels for Mocha to climb and play. The place is kept very clean and well-maintained. The 24h camera feature meant that we could check on our cat at any time. Mocha was also allowed time outside her room to wander and play. The hotel also offers daily updates and treats to keep Mocha happy. We left Mocha in capable and loving hands. Thank you, Paws Hotel.Richard and Molly

We went on vacation for 2 weeks and we placed our fur daughter in this lovely cattery. The cattery is bright and very clean. They made my timid cat feel welcome. Great communication, and will send photo updates of my cat. Would definitely come back next time. Highly recommended.

Probably the best pet hotel in Victoria! I appreciate the video and photo and updates of my cats every other day. They seemed to happy during and after coming home. There is also a camera surveillance option which is helpful when you’re missing your fur babies

Excellent place for your pets when you’re away! My cats been here for two weeks and were well treated. The room was always clean and tidy for cats. There was live camera so you could see your cats anytime when you miss them. The staffs were all very nice and friendly. My cats loves this place. Highly recommended!!!

Best cat resort we've ever seen. We were so worried to leave Felix as we have never used a cat minding business, but on visiting we felt the owner and staff were amazing, definitely cat lovers. The place is quiet and cats all appeared happy and at home, incredibly clean and the rooms very spacious and with lots of climbing activities to keep him happy. The added camera option was perfect to help us watch him which helped our separation anxiety. On pick up Felix was relaxed and content. We will be using them again soon, for when we go on a holiday.

I have housed my cat at Paws Hotel twice now and I love the facilities, how clean it is and the staff clearly adore cats. I can't recommend this place highly enough and even my quiet cat enjoyed his stay there. I was able to see what he was doing on the streamed camera view as well as being sent occasional videos of him having petting time. Really nice place for cats to stay, the best environment for them ever! I sent my two cats there for almost a week, and they have been well looked after by their friendly staff. They sent me photos and videos and gave my update about them everyday. Also, they provide 24 hrs live camera in each room which I am able to see my babies all the time. They also provide playroom that my cats can have more room to play. Definitely will send my cats here again on my next holiday!

We love Paws Hotel. Our cat is so well looked after, he always comes home with a shiny coat (so we know he got lots of pats). Great facilities with large enclosures. It's nice to get little video updates, too. Couldn't recommend more highly
