Spotlight Bennetts Green

Paid in full for custom made sheer & double track curtains. Installation was done 13 days ago. We came home to 1 curtain! Nobody has rung us to advise of where the other curtain is, when we might receive it or how long we are supposed to live with the street light shining & neighbours looking into our bedroom. Spotlight have our money so it seems customer service is not a priority.

Great selection of home ware blinds to order made they could do with a better service on them as last lot took over 6 months to arrive with countless times trying to get them.

Three visits and left three times completely frustrated. Staff can’t (or won’t) find solutions to basic issues. They lack actual customer service skills. The young or inexperienced ones move at snail pace to get help from the managers who have a ‘computer said no’ limit to their ability to problem solve so when a logical solution is offered they get offended and repeat the same reasons and become rude. No next steps or interest in customer satisfaction let alone securing a sale. They would rather you leave empty handed. I imagine I will spend weeks chasing a refund for the click and collect purchase I arrived to pick up today and couldn’t. I won’t return to this store again.

What a great visit to Spotlight Bennetts Green. Found everything I need plus a few other goodies I didn't need but all well lol.Great store lay out with things well signed and prices clearly shown. Staff were friendly and did not wait very long at all at the registers as 3 operators were serving.

I don't like or normally complete poor reviews, but honestly, if you're looking for happy service and good prices. Look elsewhere. Staff were abrupt, less than helpfully on two occasions and you can find most products elsewhere. Not what it once was. Positive... good selection of fabrics. If I need to go back I look forward to the opportunity to change my review.

This Spotlight is seriously understaffed in the dress material and curtain material sections. The staff are helpful and polite but management needs to increase staff numbers where people often buy many fabrics at different yardages (quite rightly) and this takes time!! Come on Spotlight...help your customers and staff and have more people on these busy sections.

Went in Saturday afternoon & spoke to not 1 but 4 young girls. They were all happy, helpful & so engaging! I wanted to spend more money for all their efforts! So amazing! Please acknowledge their efforts.

The worst customer service you will ever experience. This store is continuously understaffed, and whatever staff are available (if your lucky enough to find anyone) lack in basic customer service skills. The material section is highly understaffed, and having visited this store numerous times on the weekend, you would think there would be more than one person serving at the material section.You are made to feel like you are being a hassle or asking for too much when needing assistance from staff (needing to find a price on something, or needing assistance at the checkout with sale items). Staff just shake their head and give no solutions.Such a shame for this store.
