Needs better signs. I found it hard to locate even with Google maps. Staff was very friendly. Prices are a little high but I understand that. A brick and mortar has to pay the rent. So to get what you need without waiting for online orders to arrive it costs more. That's acceptable.

I’ve just dropped into Bilby for the first time and I was very impressed! I received fantastic service from William. He was very professional and gave me great advice. They also have a great range of filaments in stock too. A lot of the engineering grades like CF/Nylon. Being able to walk into a store like this in Perth and not have to wait fore delivery from Vic or NSW is game changing for me. Having product in stock is super important for people in Perth as we have to wait so long for deliveries when online shopping. You have got a new fan! Well done Bilby!The only thing that could be improved so people know about Bilby in Perth is a sign on the front of the building you can see from the road.Cheers Kit

Good range of professional > industrial filament in stock and well as parts, and some prosumer 3D printers on display. You can also order click and collect form their warehouse to save on postage.

If you are into 3d printing this store is great. Filament is a little more but they have many useful products for 3d printing. The staff member was helpful.
