The guys arrived early by arrangement and did a very efficient and proficient job installing two manholes in my ceilings for access to the roof space. Their communication was outstanding as was that of the office staff.The price was very reasonable.I highly recommend them.

I've used IDM to repair some subflooring work, Scottie was very professional and clearly experienced in the business. Gave several suggestions on how to proceed and actually listened to our main concerns of what we wanted fixed and how we wanted the finished product to look. The team was professional and did a great job within a short timeframe and cleaned up after themselves. Although on the upper range of price quotes we received, I think the quality of the job speaks for itself. Will definitely use IDM in the future.

Andrew from I Do Maintenance came to fix issues with a roof leak previously missed by another team member. He was very professional, actively listened to and followed up on our concerns and kept us informed of all his findings on the roof/ ceiling. I first came across I Do Maintenance 10 years ago, where a lounge room ceiling collapsed in one of our properties.
