Kookai

I’ve come here a couple times and the staff are pretty friendly and helpful. I found that the stock here is slightly more limited than other stores that I’ve been to but that isn’t a huge issue. Otherwise, the store is always well maintained and nice to visit :)

I love this store, the clothing smell really good, almost like an alpine smell. The clothing are also aesthetically pleasing in their design and colour scheme. They are definitely on the pricey side but at least it doesn't feel cheap, it's (depending on the item of clothing) a thicker material. At the moment there is a great sale with the mid year sales. I have been to 3 different stores and they are all a bit different. The castle towers store was dusty and the workers although was nice, was busy chatting to friends in the change rooms, loud enough that you could hear it from the front of the store. I also went to the top Ryde store and that was way better. It was clean, the workers were nice and talked and asked if we needed help. And finally my favourite store was at Brookvale. It felt so good to be at this store, so clean, the workers were really nice, the best change rooms I have ever been in, great idea with the stand for the coat hangers. The store felt lux and I honestly went and bought more then intended because of the store itself was well looked after. Well done Brookvale store

Girl on the counter upon exiting and paying for goods was good and professional. Service whilst trying on clothing was not great. Two staff members. 1 steam pressing clothes right next to the fitting room but offering assistance only once and that was to put away clothes. No offer to get other sizes at anytime. Other staff member was trying on clothes herself! Lucky the girl on the front deck as you exit is helpful and saved the store's reputation

If I could give a zero, I would. Absolutely horrible staff. The lady that served me said she was the manager and was treating me with extreme sarcasm and was utterly rude. Very unprofessional. Especially for someone who is a manager. You should consider retraining your staff.

Aylana, Cassandra and Halle were absolutely wonderful, they made my shopping experience so quick and easy

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've shopped at the Castle Towers Kookai store for many years and never had a positive experience but my most recent encounter has made sure I never step foot into this store again. I had the pleasure of the door being slammed in my face by an unpleasant employee named Elisha who refused to swap a faulty item I had purchased earlier that day because they were 'closed'. Despite the fact that she had just done a swap for a lady infront of me and their website/centre trading hours stipulated they were supposed to be open for another 3 hours. Her attitude was beyond poor and she lacked basic etiquette. Train your staff better Kookai or at least hire decent employees.

I had such a great experience in Kookai today, the girls were very helpful and super friendly. The manager (I think she said her name was Jackie) went above and beyond to help me find what i needed. Thanks girls, I'll definitely see you again soon xx

I went to the store looking to buy a dress my girlfriend showed me as a gift for a special occasion. Not knowing where to look, I showed it to a girl named Jin and she was able to locate the last dress the shop had on hand which was fantastic, she was super attentive, very friendly and patient. The other staff members were also very polite and helpful.

Store was really busy but i was approached by a beautiful young lady by the name of tara who was very helpful indeed. Well done great service.

Customer service was terrible, staff was very judgey and did not warn customers that no refunds can be given for change of mind.Think before you buy.
