The best meat you'll find in Sydney, hands down. Ardi's a true craftsman.Burgers are cooked to perfection, they may take a bit longer than usual, but the attention to detail they put in is worth it.You won't be disappointed.The rating speaks for itself.

The best pork chop I’ve had. Crispy and glazed with a gentle brush of charsui sauce while tender and juicy on the inside.I highly recommend selecting the quality raw pork chop cut from the butchers window and asking for it to be cooked on the grill with a side of veges or salad.The owner Ardis makes the experience feel bespoke and service is friendly. My first time here was for a friends birthday lunch and could not wait for the chance to return.

The 3-cheese lamb sandwich was next level. There was a lot of meat and cheese. Great value. We bit off more than we could chew wanting to try the legendary cheese burger as well which didn't disappoint and the onions rings were very crispy.Only downside were that the downstairs bathroom was very smelly and the upstairs bathroom had no soap, paper towel or hand dryer.Staff were very friendly.

Really high quality meats in their dishes, burger was awesome. Beef roll was solid too

Their roast beef roll was amazing. The meat was thinly sliced and tasted fresh with the relish. $15 each. Friendly service. The cafe was clean and comfortable inside. Would try something else next time as we live locally.

Had lunch here with my daughter and husband on the weekend. The food was super delicious. I had the sticky chicken and roasted maple pumkin and sweet potato. So good. Service was great.Ardi was so helpful and friendly. Will be coming back.

I was in surry hills when I decided it's time for lunch and googled the best burgers in Sydney and Ardi's Block to Grill comes up. So I go and see if it lives up to its stars. I meet this lovely butcher/chef and she was amazing. Both her and Ardi made my decision easy and so I grabbed the butchers burger and when I don't know if I will like it, i usually get chips. Atleast if I don't it the burger, I atleast have chips.The lunch had arrived and you can see they feed you from the heart. Lucky I ordered a small chips and that was generous. My regret was that the first time I ordered chips with a burger and couldn't fit them in. The burger was amazing. Flavours out if this world. I was doubtful that the fennel would taste nice in my burger. The fennel just like Ardi said would be sweet and it was perfect. The patties was thick and dense but moist and juicy and packed full of flavour. There was a hint of zest or something that popped and I was amazed how it all went together. It was the perfect combo.
