Was pierced by Gabrielle twice now and honestly never going anywhere else! She was so lovely and knew her stuff. Made me feel comfortable and was so gentle!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Sabrina and Gabrielle are amazing ! So in love with how Sabrina done my hair! I was treated so well, I was given refreshments and a great conversation. I almost fell asleep whilst getting my hair done, very impressed! :)

I had some piercings done this morning. All staff were happy, knowledgeable and made the process really easy. I’m very impressed and will be back soon!

got pierced by Gabrielle and she was the loveliest piercer i have ever encountered.She made me feel completely comfortable when getting my rook and thirds done.The needle had minimal pain, and was executed wonderfully by Gabrielle who ensured I was okay throughout the whole process.I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is nervous about getting a piercing or unsure of the processi’m loving the way my piercings are healing!! thank you gabrielle!!!

I have had multiple piercings done at Hairhouse warehouse. Rouse Hill by Gabrielle and Sabrina.These ladies are very informative and have a great eye for detail.The piercing was done with very minimal pain and in a very hygienic setting of a private room.Would definitely go back to these ladies again for more piercings.

Booked in for a Express Style about 2 months before a special event. Called to confirm with the salon a few days before hand and was told that they couldn't go ahead with the booking as they didn't have enough staff and couldn't borrow someone from another store". I queried why i wasn't contacted earlier to be told that they only look at the appointments the day before meaning they would have contacted me less than 24 hours beforehand to cancel. Why have appointments available online when you do not have the staff to cover them? Reduce the amount of available appointments so that customers are not left disappointed a day before an event -- at the very least you should actively be contacting customers well in advance if you are unable to go ahead with an appointment. I have used the Express Style service with other Hairhouse warehouses and have never had an issue or any concerns. Very disappointing service."

was so upset after going in for an express service. it’s advertised as $30 on their site, and obviously prices change depending on the length and thickness of hair. but they did not inform price differentiation based on which stylist does your hair. my sister and self went in, and whilst she paid $110 for a full head of curls (done amazingly by someone who’s isn’t a stylist) I paid $160 for curls by the senior stylist (i had no idea about this) which were not up to expectation. Furthermore, an apprentice started my hair, with the senior stylist finishing it, but that does not justify me paying the full $160. I then went back to discuss this issue and get a refund, which I went met with a lot of hushed whispers and dirty looks by the stylists. The manager was nice tho, and fixed up the refund for me. Overall 2 stars for the manager and the amazing hair my sister got, but 0 for my experience and hair.
