No double coat of nail polish was applied. Filing of nails not done. Removal of rough dead rough skin not done. It was a quick , slip shot lazy job.

Worst nail result ever and very expensive. My nails had a great look at the end of my treatment but having one nail crack and when I returned to SA had other nails chip and peel I am very disappointed. An expensive experience.

I Had a pedicure and shellac to my hands. Firstly I was charged $10 more than I should have been (make sure you always check the amount before you tap and pay). I was very rushed and the was in and out in 15mins.After 1 week the shellac started to peel off my nails so I went back to complain. They clearly didn’t understand what I was saying, re did them and tried to charge me full price again. It’s now been a week since the second coat of shellac and they are peeling off again. I think the quality of product used isn’t any good. I’m used to having shellac last me at least 3-4weeks.
