Telstra Ballina

This Telstra location is super popular as being the only one in the area. All of the employees are amazing and super helpful. I had two employees both named Riley that were so very helpful today. They made my changes to my account super easy and they were very helpful and nice. It took some time to get everything sorted but it didn’t feel like a drag or burden as these tasks feel sometimes. Super grateful for these two employees for making my Telstra experience super easy!

Apart from Blake...it was the Worst instore customer service I've ever experienced after 38 years of being with Telstra. Had Purchased a new Mobile with case and screen protector after 3 days my screen protector had cracked - went back to the store and queried this.. but instead was abruptly told it had done its job and that there was nothing else they could do. Well you could have sold me a new one....

Went into Telstra Ballina to upgrade my phone the team at the Ballina store are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. They suggested we reassess all my services and they managed to save me money. Always a pleasure dealing with all the staff here.

I Went to the Ballina store to buy a set of apple headphones ( $30 ), tapped my Visa card, sale approved, then the sales person ( one of the managers) accidentally knocked the eftpos machine on the floor. It went into bits , they said no problem , they put it back together, but then said the sale was not showing on their computer screen, so sale not approved. I checked my bank account and the sale had been completed. Not good enough for them .They would not let me take the item. The manager said I would have to wait maybe 48 hours to get the money put back in.I again showed him my statement to show him it had come out, not good enough.I went to my bank the next day after lunch to check, the teller stated the sale had been authorised.I then went 2 shops up to the Telstra shop , and saw a sales rep who went and got the manager , a different manager from the day before.He knew my story, I showed him my bank statement, and told that I just been to my bank they checked my account and verified the sale had been approved.This was not good enough for him , I told him my bank was only two stores away if he wanted to check, he would not , i again showed him my statement and asked why can’t I have the headphone and leave my name, phone number and they can phone me if I need to come back .He called me a “random”, I said I should just take it and go and he said he would call the police and have me charged with shoplifting, I said I have proof of payment.I made a complaint to Telstra to have this matter settled, and it was in my favour, but no apology from the Ballina shop.
