It’s has to be the best Johnny big shop I’ve been in . The ladies are FANTASTIC great help and make you feel special never walked out of there without buying something . Keep up the great work ladies .

Gentleman was very helpful with choice, offered advice, helped pack syit bag due to injury I had without any fuss at all. Wish I had bought all of the suit from there. Will definitely return due to customer service alone.

My husband checked the web site for correct shirt size so I went to the shop to purchase it. The lady manager was the most miserable, uncommunicative person I have experienced in a shop.I had to return the 2XL shirt as the size did not match the measurements on their web site and therefore didn’t fit my husband. Returning the garment, I was dealt with by another shop assistant who was not much better than the manager who incidentally had to authorise the return. The manager hardly uttered a word to me. I had to get a 4XL shirt that’s matched the listed 2XL measurements.Honestly if you have a problem being pleasant dealing with customers, in particular women maybe you’re in the wrong job.Needless to say I will not be using this shop again.
