Got Apply CarPlay installed in my 2010 BMW X5. Works perfectly, I’m actually amazed how well it works. It’s wireless, connects within seconds of start up (sometimes it’s already connected due to the wifi antenna picking up my phone). Voice commands work really well and existing Bluetooth phone speaker is not affected (in fact nothing factory is affected). Install was super quick and clean, Nathan was friendly and knows his stuff. Highly recommend this upgrade if you’re looking at postponing the purchase of a new car due to supply shortages or waiting for more EVs to hit the market in a few years time (like me).
