I found Kim via a Facebook ad, and I am so happy that I booked! I’ve seen her three times now and she’s been awesome at both body massage and facials.The products are really clean and active, didn’t cause any breakouts and there was zero pressure to buy like you get in some places.Kim, herself is warm and welcoming and makes you feel at ease right from the first consultation. She has been beyond flexible with me and my (very poor ability) to schedule in time with two young kids.I highly recommend Kim and this clinic

I just had the best facial that I have ever had today. The facial was very relaxing and the massage that Kim did on my face whilst applying products was incredible.My skin now feels so soft and hydrated after the facial. I will definitely be back. Just had a beautiful microdermabrasion facial from this lovely lady Kim. Having experienced many of these procedures over the years, she did a fabulous job and the facial massage was so blissful. She is softly spoken and does the best for your skin type and there is absolutely no pressure. The atmosphere was warm cosy and peaceful. A great local find.

I have never been a fan of a facial since a bad experience in the 1980’s. I was looking for something to freshen up my aged sun damaged skin so decided to try microdermabrasion at the Balwyn sanctuary. Kim is amazing so good at her job!!Kim listens, questions and gives the full treatment in a lovely relaxed environment.I felt completely at ease but still not a fan of massage but was able to endure. My skin was tingling in a good way at the end of the treatment felt soft and smooth.I would recommend Kim to anyone I have bought a package and am looking forward to seeing Kim again.Thank you so very much

Highly recommend comming to balwyn retreat sanctuary for a facial and massage with Kim! The experience was amazing and Kim makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, my face feels so smooth the next day after the treatment and Kim was very informative on how to take care of my skin! I also got a deep tissue massage which was amazing !! Will 100% be coming back.
