Tolie replaced my watch battery, set the time and cost next to nothing. Fantastic, fast service for a cheap price.

Had a small baby ID bracelet engraved here. The text was not centred and not straight with some letters barely legible. When i pointed this out to the man he then got annoyed and said it was his colleague who did the work and it was the machine, almost as though this is what i should expect. I felt like i was being told off. No apology, no offer of refund, no empathy, just rudeness. When he then said he didn't want to argue about it but would buff it clean i said no thanks. He gave me no reason to trust the work or the service.
