Do not come here! Worst experience I have just had.First and last time coming here!! Had to explain so many times what I wanted done as well as telling over the phone. I previously gotten infections due to cross contamination at nail salons so I asked if I could not have nails filed cleaned or cut just a simple paint. She got mad and argumentative because I told her she didn’t do it correctly. She was willing to file and cross contaminate AGAIN with an infected toe nail. I should not have to tell them this. So I said I will be leaving and left. Most uncomfortable nail salon experience ever. No respect for their customers and their hygiene.

So disappointed, was a complete waste of time to go there. They are always busy which is probably why they don't care much about customer service.They never tell you about the wait time, they will ask you to sit and you'll be sitting on your own for 30mins at the very least before you get any service.My nail polish wasn't done right so I came back to get it fixed and they made me wait again for something that would have literally taken them 2mins.There is never any acknowledgment(forget about apologies) on the delay. I mean why can't you just say that you are at capacity and won't be able to serve for another hour or so. It gets very frustrating to wait and not knowing how much longer it is going to take.I came here last year and thought of never coming again but then thought of trying again this year since it's so close to home but no improvement what so everAnd to top it all up, the service is so not worth the wait at all!

I always do natural color nails. It always comes out perfectly and always gives my nails that clean hygienic look. Quite satisfied.

If there’s a star less than 1 i’d click that !!I could not believe how rude one of the ladies was ! (Probably the manager or whatever In charge ) Aggressively tugging and pulling my hand , I asked to help me find a colour and she absolutely ignored me!Didn’t cut my nails before applying fake nails on , didn’t clean them ! didn’t listen to what I wanted ! I have never had my nails done sooo bad and so unappealing!! So called “Customer service” was disgusting! Very intimidating and again Rude as f@&#!!Learn how to treat people with respect and have some moral sense!And on top it was $50 !!!!!!!!???? I should’ve walked away ! I wish I did !If you’re so miserable at your job you honestly shouldn’t work there !

I tried to call to book an appointment several times but no one picks up the phone. The girls do a good job but their customer service is below average. The girl who did my nails last could not speak or understand a word of English which I found very frustrating.

Appalling and very unethical service. Bunch of greedy Cambodian/ Vietnamese ladies. I sat down at 9:50am when I asked how long my nails will take for it to complete, and they said very quick. I waited 45+ minutes for someone to attend to me. Then when I asked how long further, they said just 20 minutes. I left the salon at abound 11:40am. This level of deception and dishonesty should not be tolerated, I had another appointment right after this that I missed due to the extended long wait. They simply focus on taking as more walk ins as they can without giving them atleast an approximation of time that the customer will be waiting and also would state wait times that are false. If you don’t know how long someone will wait, just say “I’m unsure of how long you’ll be waiting” or “it can end up being a longer wait”. When I asked nicely if I can have a discount applied, given the wrong indication of time I’d being given, missing my next appointment and everything that came along with it, they simply said no we don’t give discounts and started gossiping amongst each other. Please save your money and go to the nail salon at Willowdale or Campbelltown where they have more ethical and honest salon operators... This is not the first time I or anyone close to me has compromised coming here. Very shameful people with absolutely no ethics!

Before I came here for the first time I was unsure as I saw the 1 star review but gave the benefit of the doubt and thought I’d try it out … I got French tip infills for $50 which I think is a good price but not only did I get cut 3 times they put acetone in my cuts and it’s hurt so bad , the French tips were messy and have gaps missing and I left the nail shop with my nails feeling sticky and having dust and fluff stick to them AFTER asking 3 times are they dry they said yes but clearly no. the shape is off and uneven comparing my hands and even nails on the same hand are different shapes !! Very un happy with the nails and the cuts :(

Showed along what lines of nail style I wanted, lady told me a price then charged me more when it was time to pay…. Left with 3 fingers bleeding from lacerations caused by the file being pushed so deep into the sides of my fingers it literally sliced my skin open… ohh well.. lesson learnt to never return…
