PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Absolute scam. I cleaned the apartment myself before the cleaners got there to ensure the condition was good. Got a call the morning of saying i needed to pay an extra $150 because the apartment was in poor condition. They then said the balcony was not included and i need to pay an extra $75 for that too. I needed it done that day so just agreed. My real estate agent then emailed me saying the apartment was left a mess, they didnt clean the oven, stovetop, or walls properly (which was included in the quote). They then had to get it cleaned again which was another $400. All up i lost over $1200 which took me months to save up. The company didnt reply when i contacted them to let them know and after another email they sent an extremely rude one back saying i would not be receiving any of my money back.

Aim (Treday Pty Ltd) were responsive to our bond clean request, helpful, and quick to book us in and charge the deposit. The cleaners turned up on time and looked professional, though they did not speak much English. The unit was then assessed as in not good condition and we were charged an extra $150 for the bathroom (if it was perfect it wouldn't have needed cleaning, would it!). Turns out they were were not very observant and had to come back under their guarantee (window tracks, light fittings, bathroom). They were prompt in responding and came back asap.As we had handed in the keys they had to see the agents to be let in, but didn't have any Company ID so were held up an hour until I came back and signed out the keys for them. Thereby unwittingly costing us an extra 3 days rent (don't go through REP Accommodation!).Even after they had left again I was still scraping trace amounts of soap from the dish in the bathroom, and cleaning the balcony sliding glass door tracks (even though we paid $100 extra for outside areas).So the second inspection also failed with dust on a light switch, a cobweb in a wardrobe, marks on the wall from a sliding glass door and oil in the window hinges (REP Accommodation are very petty!).We paid AIM $610 for a guaranteed bond clean, and have then been charged $330 extra rent plus $570 for another full bond clean to come up to REP expectations. Needless to say we are disputing this, but it should have been done properly in the first place.Not recommended!!

We paid well over $700 for a bond clean of a small 200m2 house. After the cleaners left and had ‘finished’ we returned to the property to find the property dirtier than before they came, the only thing that had been cleaned was the oven. I organised for the cleaners to come back in for a re clean of the property, they lied and told me they had returned to the property to re clean and they had not. We then had to pay our realestate property manager a $100 fee to hire another cleaning company to come in. When contacting AIM Cleaning Solutions to explain I was not happy and asked for a refund of $100 to cover the fee we had to pay to book a second cleaner they are now refusing to refund the amount and claiming they returned to the property and it was cleaned.Absolutely disgusting, horrible customer service, extremely unprofessional and absolute liars that should not be trusted. Do not waste your money, you can get a professional service done correctly for half the price and the cleaners will actually show up and do their jobs.The ‘customer service’ team has now dragged this problem out longer and longer, we vacated the property in May and it’s now the end of August. Refusing to refund the amount explaining I need to provide evidence and then once I provide the evidence they have asked for they then ask me to provide something else. We should have read the rest of the google reviews before booking. Absolutely disgusting business.

DO NOT HIRE.Their customer service team is quite lovely however the quality of work is terrible and they will not refund anything.TLDR: They were sent out twice to clean a one bedroom apartment, real estate sent a list of issues as the job was poorly done after the second time the real estate just sent their own cleaners and billed me, I requested a partial refund, only to cover the cost of the new cleaners and the extra services they billled me for, they outright refused to refund anything.Full story:I was quoted $360 for a bond clean of a one bedroom house with a deep steam cleaning for the carpet.On the day of the clean I was called for an additional $72.96 to clean the walls properly" as the bond clean only caters to a "spot clean". I paid for it putting me at a total cost of $432.96 for the services with them.The real estate was unhappy with the level of service given in the first round of cleaning to which I got in contact with them about getting the problems rectified.The cleaners were sent out again

DON'T USE, very dodgy organization. Booked Bond Clean, were the most expensive of all quote and required 30% deposit straight away (3 days out from clean). Called day before clean to confirm & requested full payment before job was started. This expectation was NEVER verbally advised during initial booking. Advised that this was ridiculous & cancelled job. Have email to request refund of deposit. I see this going to the QLD Consumer Tribunal and perhaps the ACCC. Just absolutely dodgy!!!

Booked a bond clean before viewing reviews! Total regret. Received a low quote, however, on the day of the clean I recieved multiple calls asking if i wanted to pay more for certain cleaning duties such as wiping mirrors and surfaces. My partner and I had to re mop once they left as we were worried we would not get our bond back.I then emailed the customer service and inlcuded photos of dirty sinks, surfaces, mirrors & floors, only for them to respond explaining I will not get a partial refund and they will not return to the property as we have already cleaned it outselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I wouldn't even give 1 start but to get the review out there. Do not let this guy rent your house. We are tenants and the lack of communication from Paul is disappointing we rent a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom and have been waiting a year for him to get onto the owners to fix the problem. Blames the owner and never passes information on to them about their house or mail..

Only booked this company as the quote was good.Called me throughout the clean to advise of extra charges if I wanted walls cleaned ($175 ) blind cleaned ($150) and the outside of windows ($150)I had already paid $350 for bond cleaning and was shocked when they advised none if this is included!!Did a poor job and do not recommend to anyone!!

This company is a scam - we spent $1100 on a bond clean and carpets in a small inner city townhouse and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced - will quote you low and then continue to call you and request more money in order to get the ‘bond back guarantee’ - and your accept it because your lease it up tomorrow and it’s too late to get another cleaner. We had to get them back 3 times and it was a huge waste of time - not to mention the customer service was horrendous, they attitude on these people was horrific. These cleaners cost approximate $178 an hour - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

EDIT: Easily the worst company I have dealt with. DO NOT USECustomer service was poor and inattentive. Initial quote was low and doubled upon arrival as the property was not in good condition despite all floors being vacuumed, benches wiped and no visible dirt. Staff were disinterested in discussing concerns, guarantee was waived unless further money was paid.After everything a 3 bedroom property cost over $1,000 and the exit report was littered with infringements. The initial quote was $480.Toilet was left dirty, laundry wall untouched and skirts filthy.Easily the worst service I have ever engaged to use and one I would recommend against.Not one positive comment other than thankfully I don't have to deal with them again.
