Lock Doctor - Mobile Service

After I locked my keys inside my house, the lock doctor was able to come to my place at a time that suited me, on that same day. The whole job took about 5 minutes. I am really grateful for this service, it was a really stressful day and being able to resolve this quickly was a huge relief. I was even still able to make all my appointments on the day, so I was very happy with the quick and efficient service.

Don was great! Came out straight away and changed my locks. Saved me money too by being honest with what I actually needed. Other companies were keen to maximise profit but Don saved me at least $300 with his advice and work. Highly recommend!

Incredible guy! I called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was so helpful when 4 other places didn't pick up. He also was super understanding about the situation and made sure that I was looked after. Thank you so much!

Beware,This guy is money hungry and delusional. I passed on one of his jobs given his ridiculous price to break a luggage lock. I unfortunately, told him where I was located in the process. A while back, he calls me back offering a lower price, since he had another job in my area. I asked him to give a buzz prior (upon finishing his other job to ensure the timing worked for me since I had to check out). The guy didn’t call as discussed and showed up at my door when I was about to leave the building. By then, I no longer needed the job. He made a scandal so I offered to pay half of the price for his fuel. He went mad, demanding 3 times the value or he would call the cops. He pushed the guy at the building reception. I ended up leaving the scene scared he may become violent towards me. After, all this circus, he lied to my friends mother, who ended up paying him for nothing other than stress. Luckily, I don’t live in Canberra and will never see this guy again so I can be honest here.
