Chips are terrible of late. Undercooked and under salted. Staff are always nice but the drive through takes so long its rediculas.

Had to throw out the potatoes mash (mouldy) and the corn (chemical taste) because they were both clearly off. Nuggets were tough. The roast chicken was the only edible part of the meal. As we got takeaway we didn't bother going back but we will never return there. Ladies serving were absorbed in their own world. Hard to get their attention.

I haven't had Red Rooster in over 10 years as I wasn't a fan of the overpriced microwave food.Thinhs can change and besides a very long wait in the drive through for our meal, the food was flawless. The chicken was perfect, the corn was delicious and the meals are good value for money.I'll be back again soon.

They do not even deserve one star. Had us wait at the drive through for 20minutes, take our money then tell us they have run and of food and to wait at the front. Then do not come out to even refund our money. Absolute disgraceful service, place needs to be shut down!

In the burger box what you will receive is 10 (ten) chips. You will pay almost $18, and you shall receive not more than 10 chips. You may also get gravy instead of potato and gravy if you are lucky! Also your burger is not technically a burger as it is comprised of two tiny tenders.

Excellent customer service. The manager greeted me and handed me the food with a big smile. The only thing that I’m not a big fan of is the mashed potato. It’s pretty much just gravy and tastes weird. Otherwise I’m happy with what I paid for.

Absolutely horrible service I cant believe this place isn't in the ground. Zero communication, staff just stared at me and walked away when asked a question. Kitchen staff wearing long hair down with no hair net or hat. Chicken cut into 6 instead of 8 (that takes a special kind of skill set). The entire store makes me want to fall asleep, zero motivation from staff and the slowest fast food I've ever encountered. Not even craveable brands can save this store.

Not happy, we have to constantly have to check what they give us before leaving the drive through. Sometimes when we forget to check, hoping they do their job correctly we end up have some food items missing. The amount of times we don’t get what we paid for is ridiculous and pathetic. They also don’t give a receipt, so we can’t get our money back.
