Mr Plumber

As always Mr Plumber fixed our plumbing problem quickly, efficiently and with good cheer. Always a pleasure to have Will, James and Keenan on-site. This time Will arranged for Keenan to attend to the problem with about half a day's notice. Keenan came early and managed to completely fix an issue that had been plaguing us for a couple of years. Very happy. Highly recommended.

We are delighted with the work that has been carried out in our home by Mr. Plumber. On both occasions, James was the technician that attended, and we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and skill.James expertly identified and resolved our low water pressure issues, which had been causing us all sorts of headaches. He also replaced our shower fittings and repaired faucet leaks, which had been causing us frustration for a while. Additionally, he resealed our upstairs shower, which had been leaking due to damaged sealant, and replaced the inlet valve on our downstairs toilet.The quality of work that James carried out was exceptional, and we were especially impressed with how thorough he was in his approach. Not only did he fix the issues at hand, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and how it would benefit us in the long run.Moreover, we appreciated the timeliness of the work and the open communication throughout the entire process. It was clear that Mr. Plumber values their customers and strives to provide exceptional service at every turn.In short, we cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Plumber and the wonderful service they provide. I used Mr Plumber to fix a non-draining area on an outdoor concrete slab. They were able to come and quote the job very quickly and scheduled the repairs very soon afterwards. Communication from the team was excellent, and I was really impressed with the tracking service they used so you knew exactly when they would show up. All updates and invoices were communicated very clearly. I was also very impressed that they found a solution to the issue that was much more cost effective than other companies were suggesting. I would highly recommend the team from Mr Plumber, and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
