Pulled in this afternoon as I had spiked tyres from an echidna. The internet said they were open but when we got there they weren’t. As I was googling on what to do next as I didn’t want to drive with spiked tyres. One of the owners pulled up screeching at me to get off her property after I asked if there’s anywhere else that could help me as I’m 12 hours from home. She then threatened to get her husband to come bash me and my pregnant fiancé. I have contacted Goodyear directly to complain about you. I will also be putting this all over social media and will be contacting news sources.

Maybe you need to be 'male' to understand the culture there but I felt my concerns were not considered and even belittled. I left feeling unsure of the advice given and not confident in their procudures. Sorry I went there and plan not to go back.

We did a tyre travelling to Warwick from Goondiwindi on the poor excuse for a national highway, pot hole ridden Cunningham Highway. The team at Goodyear were amazing, fitting me in for an emergency tyre replacement and wheel alignment so we could continue on our journey. The entire team was friendly and answered all my questions and stayed back after hours to make sure we had our car ready to travel the next leg of our journey. Highly recommended.

The team helped with a tyre repair when we were passing through town. They had it fixed within 30 minutes and we were on our way again. Really appreciated their help.

Hi All, don’t take your car to this place. When I delivered the car on time with an appointment they said it would take 1 hour. I complained about the amount of time is was taking at 1 hour and twenty minutes ,and while I was polite, the assistant said ‘I didn’t know what I was talking about’. Was told it takes 45 minutes to balance and rotate 4 tyres, no it doesn’t! The job ended up taking 1:50. No test drive was undertaken by them. Had a ticking noise as I drove away, took it back and they fixed the issue but all up took 2.5 hours and was overcharged by about 50% on the going rate. Won’t be back and advise all to steer clear of this place. Thanks.
