APM Employment Services - Kingston

Over the last few years my experience with APM has mostly been that of encouragement and support, the Kingston service should come as highly recommended, though I give four stars for past communication difficulties. This review however is more so regarding Mel (who deserves 5 stars). Mel deserves the upmost recognition and commendation in her profound dedication towards her job and her clients. I cannot be the only one who can testify to the life changing and pivital part she has in fascilitating optimism towards having a new chance at life that not every individual feels they have in the system. Despite how overwhelming, disheartening and sometimes depressing finding placement can be, Mel acts like a mentor; always enforcing optimism, encouragement, confidence and empowerment. I believe if her individualistic approach to jobseeker programmes was more widely adopted, job and career outcomes would take up an upward tradectory in greater outcomes.
