Andrei was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable when it came to an issue with my fridge/freezers. His communication was excellent throughout the process of diagnosing the problem with my fridge/freezers, their subsequent replacement under warranty through to the removal of old fridges/freezers and installation of new ones.

Andrei from VALERFIX repaired our washing machine and went above and beyond to help sort out the warranty policy with the product manufacturer since the manufacturer was not able to help us directly throughout the process.Andrei and Rachel were very helpful, professional, and provided great customer service along the way.My family and I highly recommend them for any service repairs needed and for the above reasons....we give them 5 Stars.

I asked the owner of Valerfix Appliance & Air to return and correct what he did wrong.He told me that I had to make the change that he perceived was wrong.After several more attempts to get him back I contacted the appliance manufacturer who sent another technician from another company. He reported back to the manufacturer what needed to be done.I will never use this company again.

Andrei was incredibly nice and explained things well. My partner ensured I knew just how nice he was!There wasn't much Andrei could do for our situation as it required energex to fix the fuse. But it was wonderful to get peace of mind after trying to deal with the warranty and waiting for their technicians for weeks.We accidentally paid twice and they got back to us quickly to let us know. The refund was processed within 20 minutes of advising them of bank details!
