The food is hit and miss but more times miss than a hit! Food can be cold, some things are left out or the order is wrong but when it is hot and fresh it is delicious! Throughout it all the young kids working there try their best and most of the time seem to be willing to help

Chips cold, returned them and came back even colder. Coffee take out turned to be something totally different to what I ordered. Disappointing as Macca's is getting expensive so you expect to be served what you order.

This particular Maccas are so slow... Every time I do a drive through order you have to wait in the waiting bay. I just ordered a potato scallop to try and had to wait literally 5 minutes. Did they have to peel the potatoes or something?

Just ordered a 6 nuggets medium meal, a cheese burger and 10 Nugent's. all nugs with sweet and sour sauce. well what I got was 6 nuggets, no meal, no sauce. cheeseburger. cold and the bun was hard a rock. and 10 nuggets . no sauce.should have checked it before leaving.what a waste of $$ all went straight in the bin.really. one job.

Went into your drive through this morning ordered a sausage McMuffin and hash brown and a cappuccino sausage McMuffin with bacon no egg as I’m allergic to egg,put order through and also told the girl when paying that I hope they don’t put egg on she said she had .haven’t eaten for a couple of days as had stomach bug so I was looking forward to my breakfast we get home and here is my breakfast

Food is decent compared to most McDonald’s but communicating with the restaurant is hard. I’ve called multiple times about allergies to foods so I can get food substituted because the option was not there for delivery. No answer.Had to ask my delivery person to tell them to not ignore the phone and about my allergies, which by that point, obviously its too late. Had the store close randomly during their open hours without any reason given, just a: “We’re not serving anyone at the moment.” And then turning away like we aren’t there.A little exasperating.
