Outstanding customer service and excellent product knowledge. The Cairns Swimart team have been maintaining our pool for the past 5 years, and I have always found them proactive in identifying possible issues and providing reasonable solutions. A recent problem with our pool heater was quickly resolved with a minimum of fuss, and I take comfort that I have such an expert and reliable team to support me manage our pool. They come with my highest recommendation.

I have been with Swimart Cairns since 2014 and in that time the service has been second to none. My pool looks always looks pristine and the chemical balance is always just right. Can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you to Brendan and the team :)

Recently my 22 year old pool had an acid wash and it looks like new - no calcium spots, no dark marks - just fantastic. The new pool heating is the best thing I've ever done. I'm floating around in my pool every afternoon after work now. I can't recommend Brendan, Martin and Brian highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble - no matter how many times I keep ringing them with questions.
