Never been to a better gym then this, highly recommended, the classes a never the same, the gym is equipped for all work outs, been to this gym for a few years now and can never think of going anywhere else! Ola u are a gem thank u for always making our goals reality!

Ive been going to this gym for over 4 years now and there has never been a day where the work out has been the same or repeated! Oula creates these amazing workout circuits & classes that cater to everyone's needs. Also the environment is super supportive and very welcoming. I've met so many amazing & motivated women here who are now my friends. Special shout out to the 6am class!

Wow amazing gym. You want a good hit class this is the place for you. No joining fee no contracts pay as you go. Owners/trainers are really friendly. The classes are worth getting up early for a 5am class.

I love this gym. In comparison to other gyms by far the most well looked after and well equipped gym. The class structures are fair and well organised. The PT instructor/owner looks after the gym towards top standards. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I love this gym, no joining fees no lock in contract! Classes are great, Oula really helps you achieve your goals and gets you into shape, I feel stronger and healthier More than ever! Love the ladies only classes. Boxercise is a must!
