Had my colour done by Torie and a hair cut + blow wave with Danae. The whole staff was super friendly, helpful and extremely skilled. I am so happy with my new hair and would definitely recommend it! Massive thank you to all the team!!!

Was really excited to go here as it’s been raves about however I was quite upset with my experience. The stylist I had was fabulous at what she does, she has absolutely nailed the colour I wanted however the prices are ridiculous, I was told $210 on the phone to go brunette and to have a cut and blow dry. As I am consulting with the stylist I was told it was 130 extra to get the blow dry and style, I was baffled so I left with wet hair after my colour. I was upset having to leave with wet hair considering I was changing my colour completely and I wanted to ensure the stylist was happy with her work and I was happy with the colour, luckily I am but I was nervous. Also the workers were sitting on a dining table in front of me talking which was fine but I did hear one of them mention a client they don’t like blow drying their hair because of the length and thickness ….. which made me uncomfortable as I sit there with long thick hair. Again I am happy with the turn out of colour but not the experience unfortunately.Reply to owners reply: I was under the impression that the gift card had 3 years to be used as in QLD they are supposed to last 3 years so as soon as I realised it had a year I booked in straight away and it was extended a month for me which I am super grateful for so thank you. However, I said no to the blow dry as I was told $130 and I wasn’t aware that included a hair cut, which is still quite expensive in my opinion. I wasn’t going to say that because I felt embarrassed.

After seeing so many rave reviews, I’m really disappointed with my experience here. My friend and I got a wash and blow dry, both asking for curls, and when we arrived back at our hotel rooms about ten mins after the end of the appointment - our hair looked like the attached photos. We’ve both paid $92 each for pretty much a hair wash, as there is hardly any curl or styling to our hair. The two stars are for the stylist my friend had, as whilst she isn’t happy with her hair, he was friendly and gentle doing her hair, and there is some small curls. The entire experience felt extremely rushed, as though we were wanted out the door as quickly as possible. The two stylists who worked on my hair were very rough and I’m just very disappointed that our money and time was wasted, as well as my high expectations not being met when visiting this well renowned salon.

I first heard about Edwards & Co Gold Coast on social media and was very pleased with the college haircut and hair rinse and scalp massage Jemima did under the supervision of Danae. They were very friendly and professional and the atmosphere was a nice mix of salon and a bit like home with a very keen sausage dog. It was first-class treatment throughout and I would gladly come again! This is the kind of hairdressers that makes you want to dress nicely for.

I had the most amazing experience at Edwards and Co today getting my hair completely transformed by the amazing Eliza. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, from the colour to the cut and styling, taking great care of my hair.. she listened and fulfilled my wants and needs completely! All round such a great vibe in the salon, felt extremely comfortable, lovely friendly staff.. I will be back!!

I have been getting my hair done at Edwards & Co for about 2 years now. The team are always friendly and attentive. Jemima has been doing my colour and always knows how to give me a fresh blonde and very trendy colour every time and we always have a great chat during. Charlotte has styled my hair a few times now and is always such a pleasure to chat with and always does a great job at the finishing touches. Always a great, friendly service by the whole team and always leave feeling fresh and confident.
