Australia Post - Blackheath LPO
Blackheath post office used to be a really nice Post Office with really helpful friendly and experienced staff. Well it used to be.Now it seems in one particular persons case there is an air of pretentiousness being displayed and ineptitude .Over the past year mail that should be delivered to the correct state somehow ends up in a completely different state of Australia. How does this occur well just ask the owner of Blackheath Post office!If it happened once then ok I can deal with that but not on multiple occasions requiring many many calls to Australia Post to find lost parcels and get them back on track .

Well located, central, convenient - clean, good opening hours - good range of additional gifts etc - exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - one exception, grumpy business owner who takes it out on customers, avoid her queue if you can - DL

Service can be very good or it can be spectacularly passive aggressive. It all depends on who you get at the counter!That thing where a middle class woman is in a service position and instead of focusing on efficient and pleasant service prefers to use passive aggression to make things feel awkward and to assert her social status. Yeah, it happened again today.
