Brisbane Watch Repair Centre offer terrible communication to clients and were unable to repair a Miyota 9015 calibre mechanism.I dropped off my daily cheap Wise Time Piece - Adamascus on 3.3.23 which had sustained moisture damage and continually had to chase them for updates. I even emailed them specs for Miyota calibre movement, however it was futile as this information was never provided to repair technician.Watch was returned to me with crown pulled away from dial and I was told - Watch will need to be returned to Wise TimePieces as unable to repair " .I asked how the watch suffered additional damage whilst in their care

Great service and they were able to fix my watch at Brisbane Watch Repair Centre. The team are very nice and welcoming. I think in Brisbane we are very lucky to have a business like this for maintenance and repair of our beloved time pieces! Thanks again!

Had my wife's Omega battery replaced here. It's a hidden gem of a place with an expert watch maker on site. They give great and honest advice and prices are very reasonable.

Gave them a brand new watch to replace battery in, no longer waterproof, they attempted to fix the issue (took 4 weeks) and it is still no longer waterproof. Watch ruined.Given back after 4 weeks as This is now fixed" after having paid extra for the pressure test

I had my Ball automatic watch regulated by Brisbane Watch Repair Centre in August 2021. Unfortunately after this service my watch was still gaining at least one minute per week, to the point where in February 2022 I decided to take the watch back to Brisbane Watch Repair Centre and pay for another service.I was amazed, as it had been six months since the initial service, that BWRC offered to inspect and then service the watch for free. Since the February service it has been as accurate as it was when I bought it as COSC chronometer certified in 2016. I'm relieved and very happy, as I love this watch.I really appreciate Brisbane Watch Repair Centre's focus on getting things working correctly, even when it means rework at their own expense. Their professionalism, customer care, and work quality was much better than the recommended Australian service provider for Ball watches, who charged a fortune for no performance improvement at all.I thoroughly recommend Brisbane Watch Repair Centre.Leigh

Very quick on the spot battery changes. Nice price for services including pressure testing. Would also go here if I needed my manual watches services too as there is a lot of experience in-house.

A great watch repair place neatly tucked away off the main drag. Went in for a minor repair on my watch band and wasn't disappointed. Amazing craftsmanship and customer service. Highly knowledgeable tinkerers. Definitely know their way around a watch. George Daniels would be proud. Highly recommend.

My seiko with 6r15 movement had been slow 50-60s per day. I Went there to check and to get the quotes. I had been advised to left the watch to for the quotes. I did not receive any communication, until I called them after a week and had been advised that the movement need to be overhaul service. I asked for a specific problem, but did not receive anything, except the movement needs to be overhaul service. I bought the watch in 2017 but I do not use it as much as I have more than 15 watches on rotation. Anyway, they advised they cannot provide the quote as Seiko does not provide them the parts yet so they need to sort it somewhere else. They also advised me that they will contact me when they have the parts for my watch and give me the quote. Patiently waiting for few weeks and receive no communication from them. I called again and advised that I need to pick up my watch as they cannot find the part. Surely, they could contact me earlier rather than I needed to chase them up like this.On the plus side, I went there to get back my watch and had been recommended to another watch repairer who might able to fix my watch and I will not name the repairer since this is my respect for Brisbane Watch Repair Centre. I went to that watch repairer shop and got my watch fix in 15 minutes with a free of charge. Turn out my watch only had been magnetised. The watch now is run +5 -10s/per day. This is a mixed review since my watch has been fixed thanked to their recommendation and the watch repairer from another shop but it is making me suspect their own watch service.
